Scope

§ 18 of the Act No 355/2007 Coll. defines materials and articles and filter media intended for contact with drinking water and treatment chemicals, lays down the requirements for their health safety and the method of its evaluation.

Main requirements

The obligation to ensure compliance of materials, articles anf filter media intended to come into contact with drinking water and treatment chemicals with their health security requirements rests with the manufacturer or supplier.
