Scope

§ 52(1)(q) of Law No 355/2007 defines the obligations of physical person – entrepreneur and legal person (food business operator responsible for placing of food supplement on the market in the Slovak Republic)

Main requirements

Physical person – entrepreneur and legal person must submit to the Public Health Authority a notification oo composition and labelling of food supplements for placing on the market at the latest on day of its placing on the market of the Slovak Republic.
