Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak Republic No. 309/2015 Coll. on flavouring products, edible salt, dehydrated foods, bouillons and flavourings

Scope

Decree lays down requirements for the manufacture of a) fermented vinegar, b) spices; it does not apply to medicinal herbal drugs, fresh vegetables, fresh or dried fruit, and fresh edible mushrooms or parts thereof, c) mustard and other flavouring preparations, d) tea, tea extracts and preparations made from them, e) coffee, coffee substitutes and products made from them, f) edible salts, g) dehydrated foods, bouillons and flavourings, and for the handling and placement on the market of the above."
