Frozen food is defined as a food product which was frozen using a process in which the maximum phase of ice crystal formation in said food product took place as quickly as possible according to the type of food frozen, and maintains a temperature of max. -12°C frozen cream is a frozen product of solid or pasty consistency which is made by freezing a mixture prepared depending on the group of frozen cream and continuously maintains a temperature of max. -18°C at all of its points upon reaching its final temperature after settling and stabilising and is stored, sorbet is defined as a frozen product made by freezing a mixture prepared from water and sugars with the addition of fruit, wine (including aromatised wine), or alcohol and the addition of other ingredients.
