Scope

Decree lays down requirements for products from fruit and vegetables and for edible mushrooms, oil crops, dry shell fruit, potatoes and derivative products intended for human consumption, for their handling and their placement on the market. This decree does not apply to fruit jam, jelly, marmalade and sweetened chestnut puree, syrups, cold sauces including ketchups, and to products for infants and small children.
