Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak Republic No. 82/2018 Coll. on certain milk products

Scope

Decree governs requirements for products made from cow’s milk, sheep’s milk and goat’s milk (whey, buttermilk, milk for cheese, modified milk or modified liquid milk product, flavoured milk, fermented milk product, kephir, yogurt, concentrated fermented milk, cheese, bryndza, lump cheese, sheep’s lump cheese, stored sheep’s cheese, cheese products, processed cheese and processed cheese products)

registration obligation within the meaning of § 6 of Act No. 152/1995 Coll. on Food, as amended
